Gentle Giant is an offline, single-player game. It has no player accounts, advertising, analytics, chat, cloud saves or in-app purchases. The game does not send your progress or personal information to us.

Data on your device

The game stores your progress, preferences and rendering cache locally in your Windows account, iPhone app or Android app. Export progress creates a backup file in a location you choose. Import progress reads a file you select. These files are not uploaded by the game.

Use Restart game to reset your journey. Uninstalling or clearing app data can remove local progress; export a backup first if you want to keep it.

App stores

Microsoft handles Store downloads, purchase records, app updates and any platform diagnostics under its own privacy statement. Apple handles App Store and TestFlight downloads, purchases, updates and platform diagnostics under its own privacy policy. Google handles Google Play downloads, purchases, updates and platform diagnostics under its own privacy policy. The Android game does not request internet access or include advertising or analytics SDKs. Downloading or updating the app can require internet access. Playing the installed game does not.

Children

The same offline data practices apply to all players. The game does not ask for a name, age, email address or location.

These support pages are hosted with OpenAI Sites. Visiting this website is separate from playing the offline game. The hosting provider handles web requests under its privacy policy. These pages add no analytics, advertising or contact forms.
